Introduction to Wakeboarding for Two

Get the heart pumping and prepare to be soaked with this exhilarating wakeboarding experience for two. Wakeboarding is one of the fastest growing water sports in the UK and this exciting hybrid of water-skiing, surfing and snowboarding is perfect for thrill seekers and water babies alike. The session begins with an introductory briefing before taking turns to get into the water and learn the basics. Practise balance, posture, turning and gain confidence until you're whizzing along the water like a true pro. Filled with speed, splash and excitement, this is perfect for anyone with an interest in water sports.

- Availability Description
Some locations offer selected dates throughout the summer season; others operate all year round. Please book as far in advance as possible.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age 6 - 14. Maximum weight 19 stone (most venues). Must be able to swim 50 metres comfortably. Please make us aware of any medical conditions upon booking, e.g. back or neck problems, or MS, which can affect grip. Unsuitable for pregnant women.
May be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions. Please call the venue if in any doubt.
Lasts for approximately two hours, including a briefing (please arrive a few minutes in advance of the booked time to get ready). Feel free to stay on afterwards and watch other sessions taking place.
- Numbers on the Day
Share the experience with between eight and 19 other budding wakeboarders.
- Dress Code
Bring a swimming costume, towel. If it's hot bring sunscreen, if it's cold bring plenty of warm dry clothes to change into. Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets are provided.
- Other Info
All equipment is included and all training is held with an experienced and qualified instructor.
