Baking Masterclass with Eric Lanlard at Cake Boy

Get to grips with a host of culinary techniques which are sure to impress at any dinner party with a selection of great classes which include 'A Choice of Chocolate Masterclass', 'French Country Baking, 'Chocolat' and 'Baking Mad'. Eric's teaching methods are both fun and practical and Cake Boy's cookery school kitchen provides the ideal setting for rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in! The experience also includes a tasty lunch with wine and each student takes home all of their creations at the end.
