Really nice

It was very easy to obtain the voucher and then make the booking at the hotel. Luckily they had availability on the day I wanted as I had a friend visiting from Scotland. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional and we had a lovely selection of savoury and sweet treats to eat. It was all very relaxed and the bubbles made it that bit special.

Lovely experience

Staff was very friendly and the food was very nice. The seaview was exquisite and made our experience even more enjoyable.

Relaxing

My partner and I enjoyed use of the pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. We found this very relaxing. Staff were freindly although the pool area decor was very plain. We enjoyed afternoon tea in Huberts lounge are just off from the main hotel reception. This area was tastefully decorated. The afternoon tea was fresh and tasty and staff freindly and polite. An enjoyable few hours.

Gift Review

Initially had issues booking the gift, but this was resolved following a phone call. Nice hotel, however parts were in need of some refurbishment. Hotel also had an electrical issue the previous evening and some of the door entry systems were not working. Our room was very good. Clean, all expected facilities inc 50" TV. Package included evening meal and breakfast and both were excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were a credit to Hilton and a big part in making us feel welcome and appreciated. Would definitely consider a similar package which is excellent value.
