  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Beginner-friendly; no experience needed. Pieces are glazed and fired; collection is usually in about two weeks or UK delivery can be arranged. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Card payment only; the studio is cashless. Cancel or reschedule up to one day before the session for a full refund. After the deadline, payment is forfeited, including any extras. A £5 per person charge applies to no-shows and late cancellations. Ceramics above the £30 value per person are payable in store; unused value is not refundable and cannot be transferred as credit. Pre-paid tickets apply to bisque/pottery items only. Walk-ins are welcome on weekdays; booking is advised at weekends. Bring your own drinks/cold food for £5 per person; session extension £5/30min, £10/60min, £15/90min per person.
