Disappointing ....
The pool area is looking tired, in need to a refresh. For someone who had not previously visited it is not obvious where all the facilities are, or the directions to access facilities, the towels are very small, both water machines were not working, which meant the only way to keep hydrated was to go through reception to the lounge area where there was a jug of water, the treatments were fantastic, although I didn't appreciate the hard selling technique upon completion. If you have mobility issues there is no additional support, rails, etc to enjoy all the facilities and the floors are very slippery: the slippers came in very useful. Afternoon tea was very nice.

Super Spa Day
This was a birthday gift last year from a few of my female friends. I realised I needed to use it by Oct this year. Decided to use it on my trip to the North East. Was absolutely brilliant. A wonderful day. Was well needed too. Linden Hall was the perfect venue. Thank you Red Letter Days!
