Berystede spa morning
Absolutely fantastic arrived late due to traffic and receptionist allowed us a little more time in spa and made our lunch booking later.

Birthday girl's treat
My wife and daughters (three) enjoyed a morning in this spa on Monday, with a lunch to follow. They were all very pleased with the attentive staff and great facilities and will definitely return. They also enjoyed the tasty lunch! Thank you Berystede!

Relaxing Birthday Gift!
I was treated to a spa day at Elmers Court and I am very impressed. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience and the facilities were very clean. We were also offered to stay and continue using the facilities into the afternoon if we wished.
The massage was phenomenal and the relaxation room was one of the best.
The only poor point I can pick for the facilities were that the indoor pool was still quite cold and the spa pool was very basic. It wasn't hot at all, the jets were very weak and it was on a 5 minute timer which resulted in continually having to get out to activate via the button which wasn't accessible from the pool itself.
The food was next level and the portion sizes were incredible. We had a 2 course lunch but we were only offered 1 course. When we questioned this with staff, they did provide the two courses but I can honestly say, one course would have been plenty!

Spa gift as a leaving present
This was an incredibly relaxing morning. We arrived and had 40 minutes in the pool before we both had a 25 minute deep tissue back massage. The back massage and then heading to the relaxation room to just basque in the calm atmosphere with a cup of tea was a highlight.
Unfortunately the steam room was closed the day we arrived, but we headed for a walk around the grounds which was beautiful in itself before lunch.
Although the restaurant tried their best to cater for vegan and gluten free, their options were incredibly limited. This was slightly disappointing as we were asked to give our dietary requirements before-hand. The second course I was given was a tiny scoop of sorbet which didn’t really compare to the puddings that were on offer.
Overall, a lovely morning out, but would have preferred another option over the lunch if we went in the future.

Worth waiting for
Spa area was lovely and clean. Pool was a nice temperature. Lunch was delicious, menu was limited but food was really good. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Voucher valid for a year, but due to illness couldn't be used, extending it was easy to do (for a small fee).
