Delicious Afternoon Tea

We were made very welcome by the staff. They provided a glass of cold water when we arrived as we settled at our table, which was a good idea. The service was attentive without being over the top. The food was delicious and it was pleasant to have the prosecco along with tea. We chose the Novotel as we were in London for a concert later in the evening so were able to eat then wander along the river before attending that. Thank you! Lovely ambience. Overall it was a great gift to receive.
