The staff were lovely, loud atmosphere from the music but we were still able to chat. At first we received the wrong order but the staff immediately change it for us to give us the correct burger as well as complementary side dish. The JFC burger was delicious, fresh and hot. Staff were very attentive with the unlimited drinks. Overall a good experience and would go again. Also would probably use red letter days for gift buying again.

Red Letter Days were very good. The burger experience was not. Firstly my burger had to be sent back as it was undercooked, it was just a beef Pattie, no taste, and defiantly not able to taste the cheese on the burger. Very disappointing.
