Very attentive staff. Lovely food and good sized portions for tapas style. Without a doubt the best red letter day dining experience we have had. We have sadly felt like second class customers in many high end providers or had to pay OTT prices for necessary extras. That was certainly not the case at Zuaya.

Having walked around Harrods and getting slightly overwhelmed with the disparity of wealth and current economic struggles of normal working class brits…It was delightful to sit down and spend a couple of hours people watching, whilst we enjoyed our festive delights.
We was looked after and the staff made us feel contented, pampered and feeling we equally had the right to be there.
Seeing it was a 50th birthday gift - It was tasty, plenty to eat and chose from.

Had a lovely afternoon tea at Harrods. The staff were very attentive. Plenty of refills offered. There was a piano player playing while we were there. It was great and a nice start to the Christmas season. Would recommend.

My husband and I had the
most amazing time. We were not made to feel like we were on an experience voucher like other places but just as normal customers having a superb meal. The food service and ambience was second to none. Will definitely do this
