Pick a yoga retreat and then head out into the wonderful great outdoors of Brighton for a day that’s dedicated to yoga and wellness! Want to explore the beautiful South Downs National Park? Choose yoga and hiking to escape the everyday hustle and bustle and swap it for restorative yoga in the calming countryside. Or, for those looking to reconnect to Mother Nature, choose forest bathing and yoga in Stanmer Park. Looking for a gentle experience? The yoga and mediation retreat includes mindful walking, yoga and meditation.

This voucher is valid for two people. Available week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 18 years. For the hiking and yoga retreat, participants will need to be fit enough to walk for about one hour and must be able to walk up a moderate slope. The yoga classes are suitable for all experience levels. Please notify BrightonYoga of any medical conditions at the point of booking. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Please bring: minimum of one litre of water, sun cover (a hat, sunscreen and something to cover shoulders), any medication needed, tissues and hand sanitiser, a warm jumper in case it gets cold, a yoga mat and any equipment needed (BrightonYoga can provide yoga mats).
