Or, for those looking to reconnect to Mother Nature, choose forest bathing and yoga in Stanmer Park. Looking for a gentle experience? The yoga and mediation retreat includes mindful walking, yoga and meditation.

This voucher is valid for two people. Available week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 18 years. For the hiking and yoga retreat, participants will need to be fit enough to walk for about one hour and must be able to walk up a moderate slope. The yoga classes are suitable for all experience levels. Please notify BrightonYoga of any medical conditions at the point of booking.

Please bring: minimum of one litre of water, sun cover (a hat, sunscreen and something to cover shoulders), any medication needed, tissues and hand sanitiser, a warm jumper in case it gets cold, a yoga mat and any equipment needed (BrightonYoga can provide yoga mats).
