  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Some spa experiences may not be suitable for pregnant people or those with pacemakers, heart conditions, high blood pressure or chronic skin conditions; a full consultation will take place on arrival. Check-in at 10am; check-out by 5pm. Lockers are available in the sanctuary, with additional lockers in the gym for pool use. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable. Please note the pool, Jacuzzi and steam room are located in another part of the building; although robes, slippers, and a basket for clothes are provided, walking through the gym may feel uncomfortable. Free parking on-site when you register your vehicle at Fitness First reception upon arrival. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking.
