Mothers Day In Yorkshire

I visited the Carr Taylor Vineyard with my husband and 2 friends and we all had a fabulous time. The guide was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and all the staff were helpful and lovely. We got to try 6 different wines and the ploughman's lunch complimented the wine perfectly. I would definitely recommend this experience.

We attended the mixologist experience at Harvey Nichols and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was so much more informative than any other such experiences that we have attended. The cocktails were well made by an expert who clearly knew what he was doing and passed on lots of tips to us. Would definitely recommend.

Our guide Marcus was very informative and he took us to places we would never have found ourselves.

Although we live near to Wisley, we had only visited once before. The day execeed our expectation. There is so much more to see than just 'flower-beds'. We particular liked the glass-house, rock-garden, river-side walk and lakes. The toilets were clean and tidy and there was planty of places for a snack or meal. The car park was large enough to ensure that parking was fairly easy. We enjoyed wandering around the shop on exit.

Bought for my birthday this was a great afternoon. Well organised. Welcome drink. Angie, the tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting. The best bit was the blind tasting, trying to identify the different flavours. A great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Would recommend.
