About the experience
Take the initial steps into scuba diving under safe, controlled conditions at a swimming pool in Hampshire. Begin with an introduction from an experienced instructor, before learning underwater mobility techniques and the necessary safety precautions. Then it's time to slip into the pool itself to put theory into practise, get accustomed to using the breathing apparatus and the feel of the suit, and learn to move easily and unencumbered. It's beautiful in the deep blue, and even more so out in the open water, and after this course is complete, those who fall in love with the feeling of weightlessness can go on to do a PADI Open Water Diving Course to allow them to dive in the sea.
