American Legends Hot Rod Driving Experience at Knockhill Racing Circuit for One

Ever dreamed of life on the wild side, behind the wheel of a true American racing car? These racing cars boast a 125 bhp and a Yamaha motorcycle engine. Get the adrenaline pumping, charging around the 1.3-mile Knockhill championship racetrack. Begin with an introductory talk and then move straight on to driving. The first session is four laps behind the wheel of the fantastic new Honda Civic Type R. Then the instructor cranks things up with a demonstration drive. Horsepower junkies are then set loose for 10 laps in the awesome motorcycle-engine Legends single-seater. All participants receive a certificate and there's a trophy for the best driver of the day. Don't just idle round the showroom – strap in and feel the power!

• Availability Description

  This voucher is valid for one person. Available on selected weekday and weekend dates, year round. Please book at least four weeks in advance during the busy summer season. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum height: 5'1''. Maximum height: 6'4''. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day in order to participate.

• Weather

  Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions like ice or heavy rain, when driving at speed might become dangerous. Call the venue in advance if in any doubt.

• Duration Detail

  This experience will last for around two hours, including briefings, demonstrations and driving time. Arrival is vital at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Numbers On The Day

  In-car tuition is one-to-one. There are up to 28 other people taking part.

• Dress Code

  Any special clothing is provided by the venue – please bring a helmet or racing shoes if available (helmets are safety checked before driving).
