Smoking is not permitted in the tiny houses; smoking around the firepit and outside is permitted with care. Mobile reception varies by network. Lights, air conditioning and electronics must be turned off, and windows and doors closed, when leaving. Longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban. Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present. Stays of five nights or more incur an additional cleaning fee to maintain the cassette toilets. Changes are permitted up to 14 days before your experience. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture.
