Afternoon tea gift
We got this as a gift from my sister for Christmas and thought it would be a lovely treat for our anniversary. The sandwiches were nice but the scones were almost like dust they were so dry and the cakes were hard and dry too. We needed extra tea to wash it all down. We also had to ask for our glass of fizz as it was not forthcoming. Beautiful setting and hotel but not good food. There were only 2 young girls serving and we had to ask for everything. Such a shame as a beautiful hotel but food sadly lacking.

Pleasant enough
The service was impeccable, all staff friendly and polite. The Manor is beautiful from the outside, but seems dark inside. The afternoon tea itself was okay, nothing special, egg, cheese, tuna and ham sandwiches. Victoria sponge cake was in miniature, the lemon posset was delicious, the scones were huge and tasted nice. Took the carrot cake and brownies home. The pot of tea was refilled and was lovely. I wouldn't particularly rush back, but as I didn't pay for it, was a birthday gift, that was a bonus. It was easy to book.

Fabulous Gift
Inglewood Manor is a stunning manor house tucked away down a quiet country lane yet convenient for most major roads. Afternoon Tea was served in a beautiful oak panelled room overlooking the tranquil gardens. The service was excellent and the staff extremely helpful and attentive.
