Free-roaming animals, noise and abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas. Smoking is allowed only in certain areas of the property with ashtrays available for cigarette disposal. Lights, air conditioning, electronics, windows and doors must be switched off or closed before leaving. Longer stays or later check-outs incur an additional charge. Rubbish must be separated; recycling facilities are available on site. Outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban. For stays of five nights or more, a minimum additional cleaning fee applies to maintain cassette toilets. Booking changes can be made up to 14 days before the experience; changes are not permitted within 14 days, and late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture.
