    Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Virtually all dietary requirements (except Kosher) can be catered for with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Tables seat a maximum of eight guests, so larger parties may be seated across multiple tables. Additional drinks, including wines, beers, spirits and TUI signature cocktails can be purchased on board. A full drinks menu is available; the menu is subject to change. Date change requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure.
