It was absolutely ridiculous & we were dumbfounded that what you advertised in no way happened.. First and foremost the train was filthy, it was a job to see out of the windows because they were filthy, but there was nothing to see on the so-called journey in any case. They took us down the track which took approximately 10 minutes, then stopped for 20 minutes without any notification, and nothing to see or do, during this time the engine was taken off the front of the train and coupled it up to the back. This we thought was where they had a turning point to take us on our journey? Oh my !!!! that wasn't what happened, we were taken back to the station where we boarded, still thinking that we were on our way but, "NO ! THAT WAS IT" the journey had ended? I was literally Gob Smacked & could hardly believe what was happening. I complained at the ticket office, but they couldn't help so I asked to speak to the manager. He appeared after waiting about 10 minutes. I then put my complaint to him and all he could say was "Well this is what we do" with your ticket you can go again and again.... WHAT ! What bunkham expecting us to do that trip once again... was far to many because ther was nothing to see or do ? He called himself the "Manager" and there was no one else to complain to. In my experience I certainly wouldn't call him a manager,... I think you probably have an idea of my description of him would be ....? YOUR JOURNEY DESCRIPTION Exploring Classic Stations of Wookey Hole Caves, Shepton Mallet, Gateway to the Mendips - along with the incredible Cheddar Gorge, and the Gorgeous Mendip Hills. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This is what we were expecting and this is why this journey was purchased. I believe that we should be compensated and the so-called "MANAGER" replaced with someone whom would manage this place to its potential. I am sorry to say there was nothing to take photos of ! Very small vineyard but beautifully maintained. Victoria our guide was very knowledgeable. Could have done with some cheese during wine tasting. Well stocked shop. The food van pizza and fish tacos were mediocre and not value for the price.

We received a gift from friends of a treasure hunt and could chose the destination, so we chose Liverpool. Went on to the red letter website and was given an email link to contact in terms of booking the treasure hunt. Prompt reply and we were sent the clues in plenty of time before our proposed date that we wanted to undertake it. Fifty clues to find and photograph. All within easy walking distance, and level so would be suitable for wheelchairs. We have sent our 50 photographs and are currently waiting for our score - 20 points for each correct answer.
