All videos include subtitles. Once registration for the online digital course is complete, no refund is available. An active rye flour sourdough starter is required; the course includes a step-by-step video guide to making one. Strong white bread flour, salt, water, bowls, scales, a loaf tin or proving basket and an oven are required.
