  Available week round, year round, under the following terms. All dates are subject to availability. River Thames Cruise: excludes bank holiday Mondays, Valentine’s Day (13th and 14th February), Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th December and 1st January; please book early due to high demand as specific dates may not be available. Afternoon Tea: excludes Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and New Year’s Eve.

• Participant Guidelines

  River Thames Cruise: Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 may travel for free. Afternoon Tea: Minimum age: 18 years.

• Duration Detail

  River Thames Cruise: City Cruises services operate approximately every 30 minutes from 10am–6pm, depending on the departure pier and the season; please check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day. This ticket is valid for 24 hours, from the time of your first boat trip to the same time the following day. Afternoon Tea: afternoon tea is served from 2pm–5pm.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. River Thames Cruise: This voucher cannot be extended. This experience must be pre-booked and is non-refundable once booked; if you do not show up without notice, you cannot reschedule and a refund will not be available; it is not possible to reschedule or refund no-shows or late arrivals. Afternoon Tea: Select London locations only. Must be pre-booked at least 48 hours in advance; Prezzo Italian cannot accept vouchers that are not pre-booked. Please bring the unique code generated at booking to the restaurant; you cannot have your meal without it. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Afternoon tea food or drink substitutions cannot be made; purchases from Prezzo's other menus cost extra. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Opening hours may vary. Menus are subject to change. Cannot be used with any other Prezzo Italian offer or discount.
