About the experience
Enjoy a wonderfully hands-on culinary experience for two at Brockleby’s Bakery in Melton Mowbray. Learn the art of clean-label sausage making as you prepare skins, make rusk, season and mix the filling before creating and linking your own sausages. You’ll also receive access to the recipe and take home 1kg of sausages to enjoy later.

This experience is available Thursdays and Sundays. At The Bakery, this experience runs Thursdays, 6.30pm–8.30pm (6pm from 1st September 2026), and Sundays, 2pm–4pm (occasionally 2.30pm–4.30pm). Available at The Pie Shop on Thursday mornings, 10am–12pm. All dates are subject to availability.

Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Please note, this course is suitable for gluten-free participants. The Bakery location is fully accessible. The Pie Shop is currently unsuitable for those with access needs. To move a booking within 30 days and 48 hours of a workshop a £10 per person fee applies; changes made within 48 hours incur a £15 per person rebooking fee. Parking is available directly in front of The Bakery; parking for The Pie Shop is available in the Burton Street Carpark.
