Lovely day - but with booking issues

Specifically booked this day as it clearly stated could be used “all week”, which was perfect as we wanted a weekend spa day. Upon contacting ESN to book, we were told the voucher was only valid Monday- Thursday as we would have to pay £40 pp more for weekend access. I disputed this, and in fairness to the venue, after much (and slow!) backwards & forwards they agreed to acknowledge “on this occasion”, and it was an issue with Red Letter Day who should have amended the description on their website. It did leave a slight bitter taste as I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and have to prove what we had booked. Whoever the issue sits with - the venue or Red Letter Days, this needs to be fixed to avoid others having the same issue. The venue itself, was lovely & clean, although pool was cold! Shame no windows to see outside space, so felt very enclosed. Overall, worth what we paid, but I’m not sure we would return.
