The View from The Shard is available week–round, year round. For The View from The Shard, after receiving the voucher, easily book a date and time online. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Gordon Ramsay's Savoy Grill is available to book Monday–Friday. Please check opening dates and times prior to visiting. Voucher cannot be used on bank holidays.

Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Receive two vouchers, both valid for two people. The Gordon Ramsay experience may require festive supplement charges between 1st November and 2nd January or have limited availability during this period. Please contact the restaurant before booking. A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to the bill at Savoy Grill, payable on the day. There are exciting improvements being made to The Shard however this requires some maintenance which is taking a little longer than expected. Level 72 sky deck is closed until 11th June. Some areas on Levels 68–69 may have limited access which may affect guests with limited mobility
