Was very easy to book but can’t understand why you have to pay extra to up grade wouldn’t let you book without paying it ? . The actual day was good no queuing at all straight on but was a lot of people in the pod so couldn’t sit if you needed to and not much room to walk around would be good to limit the number per pod ?

Great experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our sparkling afternoon treat. We were warmly greeted and the maitre'd was very helpful explaining what was in the food, as I have an intolerance to fresh cream. Swapped clotted cream for butter. Tea was served piping hot and all was delicious. Only slight comment was that the fruit cake slice was rather dry. We liked the No Twelve restaurant in the Ambassadors hotel and would certainly revisit.

Great Location friendly staff
Due to the pandemic the experience I originally booked got shelved and forgotten I discovered it was still valid and booked the Ambassadors as knew I was around the area .From the first phone call I felt comfortable friendly happy crew who were attentive but to the right level relaxed atmosphere .For the price paid the food and drink were good value for central London .Would come again
