London eye gift
Was very easy to book but can’t understand why you have to pay extra to up grade wouldn’t let you book without paying it ? . The actual day was good no queuing at all straight on but was a lot of people in the pod so couldn’t sit if you needed to and not much room to walk around would be good to limit the number per pod ?

I chose this event, made the booking and then used the new voucher to make the booking, there was an additional £4 to pay. When we got to The Eye it was really busy, but I noticed on the bar code it said added upgrade experience so we went to the fast track entrance. It was great - we went straight on the pod was not too full so it was easy to walk round, see the sights and take pictures, we really enjoyed it a great experience.

Overall enjoyed the experience, queue wasn't too long and the views lovely. The only thing we were disappointed about was the fact that when we went to the website to book we had to pay almost £5 extra for premium entrance. Despite already having paid the full voucher amount this is a hidden cost that we weren't aware of. Little bit annoying and not transparent.
