  Non-Named Day deliveries: orders placed before 4pm, Monday–Friday will typically be delivered the next working day; orders placed after 4pm on a Friday and over the weekend are typically delivered the following Tuesday (Highlands and Islands may take longer. Named Day delivery is available Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm; during the festive period deliveries are made up to 8pm.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. After redemption, vouchers cannot be cancelled. Customers can choose to defer or change future cases once redeemed. Available for UK delivery, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. First case delivered within seven days of redemption and the second case delivered the month after. Delivery takes a maximum of five working days, with most deliveries arriving within one-to-two working days. Saturday delivery is available on request and must be arranged by phone; deliveries are available 7.30am to midday. This subscription will not auto renew.
