  Available Monday–Saturday, excluding Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays. Please note: the cruise is not available in July and August. All dates are subject to availability.

  Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult on the Thames Cruise experience. Children under the age of five may travel on the cruise for free.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Westminster Abbey entry is valid from 9.30am–3.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9.30am–6pm on Wednesday and 9.30am–1.30pm on Saturday. The published "entry closure time" is the last time you can enter the Abbey; following this time, you will have up to one hour to explore the Abbey before closure. Refreshments at the Cellarium Café and Terrace are available for an additional price. There is no time limit for the Westminster Abbey experience. Once you have redeemed your voucher, Westminster Abbey tickets must be collected from Visitor Centre Victoria, Visitor Centre Kensington, Visitor Centre Leicester Square or Visitor Centre Paddington. Thames Cruise voucher cannot be redeemed at London Eye Pier, however boarding is permitted. You do not need to book your Thames cruise vouchers in advance; to redeem your voucher, simply take your valid voucher to the operator's ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and you will receive a ticket valid for 24 hours.
