After a welcome, experts demonstrate the correct method to wine taste, helping distinguish between wines from major wine regions. Sample a selection of this quality beverage from regions right around the world and work out individual characteristics, as well as learning how to select different wines to suit different meals and occasions. A fine three-course lunch in a local restaurant is included, affording a relaxing opportunity to discuss your new knowledge together with other wine lovers.
