A truly fascinating (and delicious!) journey into the world of winemaking, buying, tasting and storing, this day offers the opportunity to taste ten wines, including champagnes, Prosecco, Cava, Moscato, New World and award-winning British fizz; learn to identify them and recognise the different flavours created by the method of fermentation, to recognise vintage and non-vintage and to find out what the difference is. Enjoy a blind tasting session, champagne vs. fizz, and get tips on buying, storing and serving bubbly, matching it with chocolates and even take part in a cocktail making session and create a classic champagne cocktail each. A three-course lunch is included.
