  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Please note, your board choice requires 48 hours' advance notice. Guests who are unable to walk up a wide metal staircase to the mezzanine floor will be served at an outside table, weather permitting. For the vineyard tour, guests should be able to walk on grass with slight gradients or have a mobility scooter capable of running on grass surfaces. On rainy days, a tour of the winery may be offered if winery staff are available and no heavy machinery is in use. The wines contain sulphites necessary to preserve the wine. The cheeseboard and charcuterie board crackers contain gluten, the charcuterie contains milk and the olives contain sulphur dioxide. If travelling by train, Ham Street railway station is a ten-minute walk away; connections from Ashford International are hourly. Bookings can be cancelled 72 hours or more before the experience for a transfer to a future date or a refund; cancellations within 72 hours can be rescheduled to another date. Products that have already been dispatched must be returned or collected by courier before the order can be cancelled; returns are at your own cost.
