Was very windy, however that did not put us off from climbing and we still had a great time. Went up for 6.30 and saw the sunset over Canary Wharf. Amazing, would recommend.

Fun night with dinner and a laugh

Lunch at The Savoy Grill was superb. Food was beyond excellence. Service was impeccable and attentive from all staff, particularly the very pleasant Italian wine waiter. Would highly recommend to anyone. Only downside was we expected all diners to such a highly respected hotel were expected to wear smart clothing. Unfortunately we were seated next to two adults and a young child in t-shirts and trainers and the child was constantly on a tablet/laptop, then proceeded to lay across the seating. Not the sort of behaviour or attire I would associate with The Savoy. So very disappointed on that level.

The experience from start to finish was amazing! All the animals looked happy and well cared for, any staff we bumped into were so friendly and helpful answering any questions about the animals we had, nothing seemed to much! The safari was an amazing experience and the afternoon tea was incredible! Such an amazing day from start to finish ??

We were greeted warmly & shown to our room. Two flights of steep steps, not good but the manager saw my wife struggle with the climb & very kindly reallocated a room on the first floor. Excellent staff with a warm approach to guests. Breakfast - spot on to set you up for the day but do try a steak in the evening - fantastic.

The staff were amazing & knowledgeable. They put us at ease as it is a fairly exclusive restaurant. The drinks were very expensive as were the extras. Overall though, an exceptional experience

Great afternoon learning how perfumes are categorised and layered. A true sensory overload and an opportunity to learn and be creative. Thanks to the team for a well run session.

So clever and had me on the edge of my seat! I would recommend for any fan of the show.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Greeted with a roaring wood fire making the wet weather tolerable. Check in was seamless and the bar and restaurant very welcoming. Food was superb and staff polite, cheerful and helpful. Big bonus being dog friendly, they were accepted everywhere except the restaurant which was understandable. No problem we ate in the bar and as all the other guests did too it made for a really warm and friendly atmosphere. First visit here and it will definitely not be our last.

An excellent overnight stay in a beautiful boutique hotel with great food. A real treat. Highly recommend!
