- Availability Description
Many venues operate seven days a week all year round. Please note that weekends are particularly busy and it is recommended to book several weeks in advance. During the winter months flights are usually run earlier in the day, during daylight hours. All dates are subject to availability.
- Participant Guidelines
Restrictions vary according to venue. Minimum age: 14 years. Anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to be with them on the day. Minimum height: 4'–4'10". If you are over 15 stone/95kg or 6'4" tall you will need to state this prior to booking and you may need to pay a surcharge on the day to be upgraded to a larger aircraft. Some venues ask for a name and address or photo ID on the day for security reasons.
- Weather
Flying is a weather dependent activity and it's essential to call the venue for a weather check before setting out. If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, it will be re-booked for an alternative date or time.
- Duration Detail
Lasts for about 80 minutes, including a 60 minute flight. Flight times are approximate and are the chocks-off to chocks-on duration.
- Dress Code
Please wear flat-soled shoes. Sunglasses are recommended all year round.
- Other Info
Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Flying time can count towards a Private Pilot's Licence (PPL). To qualify for a PPL 35 hours of dual control and 10 hours solo flying are required. This experience is not suitable if you suffer from epilepsy, vertigo or are pregnant. You must become a member free of charge on the day to be covered by insurance.
