Took some getting uses to being VR but once we got a hang of it, absolutely brilliant. Chloe helped us a lot bless her.

First time escape room challenge and it was better than expected. Lovely member of staff explained things prior to being locked in a prison cell! Absolutely brilliant fun - and we escaped with around 2 minutes to spare.

Despite not being able to complete it in time we both had a brilliant experience which was fun and challenging. Would recommend!

Had a great time at trapp'd in Leeds. We did room VX 2.0. A gift bought for my wife's birthday, our team consisted of the two of us and our two grown up children, both of whom are teachers so that helped with the test of grey matter. Note that it is a test of logic and reasoning - not athletic ability. You can do this whatever your age or mobility. We were successful and got out with less than a minute to spare. Will defiantly be doing another. Thanks to all the staff who were friendly and helpful.

We had a fun afternoon wandering around the V&A museum doing this iPad based puzzle solving game. The challenges themselves are all timed, which we realised after failing to identify a painting early on. It takes you across three floors of the museum, focused on four broad areas and has a simple narrative to try to link the different elements together. Possibly the hardest part is finding the Outscape games team member outside the museum to get your kit together when you start - and then again at the end when you need to return the tablet. The tablet is possibly the weakest part of the event. There were three of us playing the game, but we only had one tablet. The AR needs the tablet to be focused on a particular part of the wall to be activated and for some puzzles that means you are blocking other museum visitors for significant periods of time. It would be better if all team members got a tablet to use. Overall it's great fun and we enjoyed it.

We were gifted this experience as a birthday present. Neither of us having watched Sherlock before, we were a bit apprehensive as to how much prior knowledge we needed to really enjoy the experience. We needn't have worried as it was thoroughly enjoyable and accessible to all - from complete newbie to Sherlock fanatic. The preamble with the staff was engaging and humorous and the actual game itself provided some great challenges. We are fairly accustomed to an escape room but there were new puzzles that we hadn't seen along with specific Sherlock themed ones. We were paired up with another couple but there was plenty for everyone to do. Cute gift shop at the end for the fans who wish to take something home. Would thoroughly recommend this experience!!

6 of us attended the Salem room at Trapp'd in Leeds. We had a great time. It was out fourth escape room and had some good features and surprises. All of us enjoyed it and redeeming the Red Letter code was not complicated (once I realised that there was no place online to book with a code and used the email supplied instead)
