Prosecco afternoon tea which was plentiful and delicious plus had a doggie bag. My only issue was staff were not visible so we were never offered a top up of tea plus sitting at the top of Grand Central us a bit chilly- but that’s not Cafe Concertos fault.

Had a wonderful afternoon tea with my mother. Beautiful venue and staff were very attentive. Would recommend.

Wonder experience at the restaurant. Tea would have been better if served with food and not procecco. They were wonderful because we asked for a tea top up and they did with no extra charge

Rude manager, argued that no booking was made. 3 couples were told the same. no processo offered, only two cakes offered not like the picture . No rolls only sandwiches.

Terrible service, didn’t get our Prosecco, no sandwiches with the tea, absolute shambles.
Lovely setting but that was in, walked in and they didn’t know where to sit us (even though there were plenty of tables) sat there there for 15-20mins with no one coming over, no offers of drinks, then the afternoon tea come over without the tea (tea took another 10-15mins to come over) and we were presented with scones and cakes (very nice food) but no sandwiches.
They didn’t care about us no one came over to ask how it was or if we needed anything. We finished what we had and left, no one even questioned us leaving.
Wouldn’t recommend!!!
