The event itself was lovely thanks to Harrods staff, nothing else was
After spending 5 yes 5, hours online trying to redeem the voucher I gave up. The Red Letter Days set up is a joke. I rang Harrods direct and they booked it within 5 mins. The online chat is useless and no-one seemed to understand that I was trying to redeem a voucher/book an event, absolutely appalling experience. Please, please do not ‘buy’ a loved one anything from this company. There’s a reason they’ve gone bust several times in the last few years… google it.

A Perfect Afternoon for Me and My Daughter
My daughter and I were celebrating the end of her GCSEs, and I was celebrating a very good grade I achieved on an appreticeship course I had just completed, and chose Afternoon Tea at Grosenor House.
Everything was at a very high standard, from the decor of the restaurant, the waiting staff, to the food and tea, we were both very impressed and we really enjoyed ourselves!
There was a lovely selection of teas (I had the masala chai which was just delicious!), a great selection of sandwiches, the scones and different jams were absolutely yummy, and the cakes were simply delightful and wonderfully whimsical!
What made the afternoon even more special is the staff gave us the most delicious chocolate cake to congratulate us on our achievements.
I highly recommend Grosenor House, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Surroundings
Beautiful surroundings for an afternoon tea. The tase of the food was delightful. I felt the service could have been better. My partner was left without cutlery and no one around to ask, therefore I had to take from another table. My tea was cold, again no one available to ask
