The hotel was a nice get away in a really picturesque village. The spa facilities were really good, sauna steam room. Room was cosy & clean. Staff really friendly. Breakfast service was very bad though had to wait 40 minutes before food was ready, this was the let down of the stay otherwise perfect.

It was a fabulous stay here and from the moment we arrived to leaving the staff were absolutely lovely . Friendly and very helpful even giving us local history knowledge. The spa was relaxing and food excellent. Can’t praise the hotel high enough. The standard bedroom was bigger than expected too and very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again

Generally our stay at the wild pheasant was very pleasant and the staff were very good. Only disappointment was that our room (212) was at the back of the hotel and had no view other than the bins.

Spa great once discovered how to operate spa pool buttons! - hold down on button til jets start up. Room lovely. Planned to eat at The glasshouse bar meals a tad pricey so went elsewhere.
