Lovely facial and relaxing massage

I had a really enjoyable experience overall. I particularly enjoyed the facial and chose to upgrade to a more advanced treatment, which I was very pleased with. My skin felt lovely afterwards and the treatment was relaxing and well done. The Swedish back massage was also good and relaxing, although the facial was definitely the highlight for me. Overall, a pleasant pampering experience and I left feeling refreshed.

Great gift

A wonderful gift we were given . A nightmare to redeem!!! Tried for nearly a month with Red Letter days. Ended up having to book direct with Vineyard who provided excellent customer service.

Shazza - Eastbourne Stay

The Experience was a gift for us from our daughter and we used it to combine the visit my mum for her birthday. The staff were excellent especially Stuart on the front desk, the room was lovely but there were no tea, sugar left in the room and the view from the window was atrocious, it was all overgrown and loads of rubbish, we were in room 260, it would have been to have some kind of view as it was a gift.
