Tour was amazing, learnt so much about the ground and rugby

Lovely place. Staff friendly and attentive. Visiting for afternoon tea. Food was very tasty and well presented. As much tea to drink as required. Only downside was the amount of flies in the room. Took away some of the lovely afternoon having to wave flies off your food.

This was bought as a voucher for another attraction but when we went to book it was no longer available... Despite the venue still being open. Chose to swap to Silverstone and had to pay extra... Expecting to just top up the fee when buying tickets but you have to buy more vouchers. It then said the voucher wasn't claimable online and I had to call Silverstone to book, after I'd paid. I tried the voucher section on their site and at first it said not recognised but then after a quick Google I waited an hour and it was fine. Got in ok and had a good day! Voucher was only valid for a year.. it's good they give you the option to extend but a year isn't that long for a seasonal gift and would have expected warning that the voucher was no longer usable at the original chosen location. Ultimately I'd not use the service again and rather just buy someone tickets or an IOU as it's more hassle than it's worth.

It started great with finger sandwhiches, most were simple but tasty, although the salmon one was a treat in itself. Then it continued with well-made scones and good marmelade. But I found the last tier with cakes to be way to heavy and stodgy after all the bread. Something much lighter with more vibrant and fresh flavours would be better to finish it all off. Lastly, the tea itself was rather disappoining. I had expected some high-quality loose tea leaves but instead it was basic bags of Twinings.
