Fathers day Gift
An excellent cream tea and a Grand day Out.Well worth the visit to East Somerset Railway. Volunteer staff very helpful. the train ride was short but interestinh.

Lovely Afternoon Tea
We received this as a gift but there were limited options in our area so travelled quite a distance. However it was well worth it. It is a lovely venue and the afternoon tea was very good. A lovely variety of food with sandwiches, scones and cake. The scones were the best we have had on an afternoon tea as were the cakes. Very light and delicious. The young lady who looked after us was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed including tea refills and because of the heat plenty of water. We would definitely recommend Lion Quays.

Very disappointing
I bought this voucher as a gift for my Mum and Sister for their Christmas presents - I booked myself in also so I could join them. I have only ever been to one Afternoon Tea previous to this one so I am not an “experienced afternoon tea goer”, but this was so very disappointing, to the point where we were looking around the room to make sure we had been given the amount of food we had paid for. None of us are big eaters, but even to us it was teeny tiny and most definitely not worth paying even half the price of the voucher for. I would book elsewhere rather than go here.
