Archery is thought to go back as far as 2000 BC, with early civilisations using the bow and arrow in warfare. Now, however, it offers a fun and challenging sport which can improve focus, concentration, body awareness and discipline. So, grab a bow and give it a go! Arrive at Aim Country Sports to a friendly instructor, who will go through a safety briefing and introduction and give you all the necessary equipment needed. Then it’s time for the 60-minute lesson, which is sure to be fun and challenging!
