Cruise is not available in July and August or Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays. Shakespeare's Globe is available Tuesday–Sunday, year round, excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines

No need to book Thames cruise vouchers in advance – just take a valid voucher to the operator’s ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and receive a ticket valid for 24 hours. Voucher cannot be redeemed at London Eye Pier. Pre-booking is essential for Shakespeare's Globe. All dates are subject to availability.
