One Hour Meerkat and Lemur Experience at Hoo Zoo & Dinosaur World for Two

Meet and greet a group of animal favourites at Hoo Zoo & Dinosaur World in the heart of rural Shropshire. Enjoy an opportunity to hand-feed and interact with our meerkats whilst learning about their behaviour and natural history. These sociable (and seriously cute!) creatures love human attention. Meet and help feed one of our three lemur species – ring-tailed, black-and-white ruffed or collared brown lemurs. Handfeed them their favourite treats.   This experience is valid for two people. Available to book week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability. Due to the nature of the animal enclosures, this experience may not be suitable for all wheelchair users or visitors with limited mobility. Please contact Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World before booking to discuss individual accessibility requirements.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 8 years. Participants must be able-bodied. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the zoo, but that adult does not necessarily need to participate in the experience.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Price of admission is not included but is offered at a discounted rate, admission must be purchased separately. For animal welfare and visitor safety, participants must wear: Full-length trousers covering the ankles (leggings and tights are not suitable). Closed-toe and closed-heel footwear (no sandals or Crocs). Suitable clothing for the weather, as activities take place outdoors.
