  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Maximum weight: 100kgs. Applicants will be required to complete and sign a 'Declaration of Fitness' – this will be provided when the booking is confirmed). If applicants are unable to self-declare these forms, they are required to take form 115b to their doctor to sign. Applicants may also need a 'British Skydiving Declaration of Fitness Form 115' if they have any existing medical conditions – please enquire when booking. Minimum age: 16 years. Under 18s will need a separate signed letter of consent from a parent or guardian before training commences. Customers will need to pay a compulsory British Skydiving membership fee on the day of their experience.
