About the experience
SUP yoga is all about getting outdoors and embracing a new perspective. The added challenge of being on the water really offers a great experience into the moment, and even the simplest of poses can become challenging for even the most practised of yogis! Reset the body and mind in a whole new way with a SUP yoga session for one.

Available Sunday, April through October.
- Participant Guidelines
You will be kitted out with all equipment when you arrive including paddleboard and safety gear.
- Weather
This experience is weather dependant. Please check with the venue on the day of your experience in the event of poor weather.
- Duration Detail
The experience from the prep and training to your session on the water will last 90 minutes. The yoga will last 60 minutes.
- Dress Code
Please dress appropriately for water activities. All QR belts and buoyancy aids will be provided.
- Other Info
Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. The land briefing will take approximately 15 minutes.
