Best ever Afternoon Tea

On arrival at Novotel we were welcomed by a member of staff named Tom.His professional approach was perfect. The service he provided was top notch. Nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate repeating our visit and recommending our friends to a fantastic Afternoon Tea.

What a great location for a lovely high tea. The food was superb, and just the right quantity. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, from the booking process to all the wonderful staff at the Gourmet Bar in the Encore Hotel. Wonderful way to spend a few hours.
