Quaint tearooms, beautiful food, delightful experience.
We had a full afternoon tea in these beautiful tearooms with a pretty garden, tablecloths and mismatched vintage china. Finger sandwiches, a choice of plain or fruited large scones and a choice of stunning gateaux and loaf cakes. We had chocolate and raspberry and Hummingbird cakes.
The owner was very welcoming and told us all about the teas on offer, so we could make an informed choice. Absolutely delightful experience tucked away in a sleepy village.

Little Gem of a tea room
We had a lovely , tasty afternoon tea in a beautiful garden deep in the South Downs. The owner and staff were all very friendly and very accommodating of my husband’s egg allergy. Unlimited tea refills as required. Well worth a second visit. Thank you.

Belated 2020 Christmas Gift redemption
Quaint tearooms in Sussex village of Glynde. Lovely and very filling afternoon tea served on very traditional crockery. Friendly staff and lovely very large garden which we’d love to experience on a return visit in better weather. Glad we made the decision to choose this location to spend our voucher.

Afternoon tea at Glynde, East Sussex
The afternoon tea was delicious. The food was fresh and very tasty. The tea room was small but set in the lovely village of Glynde. My daughter and myself throughly enjoyed the afternoon. Highly recommended
