  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Bookings need to be made 48 hours in advance. Please note, some locations have an over 18s policy at select times. All amendments or cancellations for afternoon tea bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your voucher being marked as redeemed, and it will no longer be valid for reuse. If you do not attend your booking and have not attempted to amend or cancel it, your voucher will also be treated as redeemed.
