  Minimum age: 11 years. Maximum height: 6'7". Maximum weight: 20st. No previous experience is required. If you'd like to include someone under 11 years, or if there may be a height or weight concern, please check with the centre when booking. Hay fever sufferers should note the pollen count around the course can get very high in summer.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Please arrive 15 minutes before the experience. A maximum of four people take part and at least one instructor is with the group at all times.
