• Availability Description

  Available week round, with most experiences running February–November. We recommend booking a minimum of eight weeks in advance for best availability. Vehicles and venues are subject to availability. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 17 years. Participants under 18 years need parent or guardian consent. Individuals under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Minimum height: 4ft 10in. Maximum height: 6ft 4in. Maximum weight: 20st. Participants must be in good health and wear glasses if required. Drivers must hold a full valid driving licence and present it on the day; international licences are accepted.

  Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times during the event.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. A £30 venue surcharge applies at Dunsfold Aerodrome. A £50 surcharge applies at Brands Hatch, Cadwell Park, Donington Park Main Track, Snetterton and Oulton Park. At some venues, the driver briefing may take place in the car. Disability access should be checked with the supplier in advance. You are fully insured to drive the cars; however, you may be liable for the excess if a claim is made due to damage to the vehicles. Some driving experience providers may ask participants to sign an indemnity or damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This means they may be asked to contribute towards the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle during their experience. Full details of the indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the experience provider. We’re unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of the waiver. Most providers also offer an optional indemnity or damage waiver for an additional fee. This is separate from the public liability insurance held by all venues. Cancellation cover can be purchased separately and covers death in the immediate family, breakdown on the way to an event or illness on the day.
